Mr. Panda, our lead technician, has been an essential part of The Piano Shop Cambodia since 2013. Trained under Steinway specialist Claude Lavalle, he brings over a decade of refined skill, precision, and musical sensitivity to every instrument he works on.

His expertise goes far beyond tuning. Mr. Panda handles our most detailed technical work, full action regulation, voicing, deep cleaning, and restoration for both upright and grand pianos. Many clients say their piano sounds “better than new” after his visit and support.

He also leads our piano transport operations, ensuring every instrument, from family uprights to rare Steinway grands, is packed, moved, and assembled with expert care.
